As for the extra units they are complete but a few (very few) descriptions are basic or not as informative as vanilla units. factions have greater than vanilla starting cash, sounds even to me. And I can't imagine how having millions by the middle of the game equates to balance.

I mean maybe it's just my opinion, but this does not at all look, "finished" to me. I am just wondering how to access mods on Empire Total War if I am playing it on steam, I dont want to repurchase the game outside of Steam, but I also want to use mods such as minor factions and darthmod.
